Shipping Coverage

Medhub.pk currently ships non temperature controlled items only. Products requiring cold chain or temperature controlled handling are not supported at this time.

All shipments are handled through reliable third party courier and logistics partners.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Islamabad & Rawalpindi

Same day delivery for eligible orders, subject to confirmation and operational feasibility

Major Cities Across Pakistan

Up to 3 working days for delivery to major cities

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Fragile & Glass Products

Some products, including injections and glass based items, require special handling.

These items are packaged carefully
However, delivery of fragile items is conducted at the customer's risk
Medhub.pk cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after handover to the courier service

Customers are advised to inspect deliveries promptly upon receipt.

Third Party Logistics Disclaimer

Once an order is handed over to the courier company:

Medhub.pk does not control transit handling or delivery timing
Delays or damages caused by logistics providers are outside our direct control

We will, however, assist customers where possible in coordinating with courier partners.
