At Medhub.pk, we aim to provide transparent and fair processes while working within healthcare regulations and logistical limitations. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how requests may be considered.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are considered only for medicines and products that are registered in Pakistan and supplied through recognized local channels.

To be eligible for review, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and unbroken
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery
  • Supporting information or evidence may be required

Important: All requests are assessed on a case by case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on product condition, regulatory considerations, and internal review.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Named Patient Supply medicines
  • Specially sourced or overseas products
  • Case based or regulatory access medicines
  • Fragile or glass items damaged during transit
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

These products are arranged specifically against confirmed documentation and regulatory approvals and cannot be reused or resold.

Fragile & Glass Items

Products such as injections, vials, ampoules, and thin glass materials are inherently fragile.

While appropriate packaging is used, return or refund requests for breakage during transit cannot be accommodated, as such items are shipped at the customer's risk via third party logistics providers.

Refund Processing

If a return or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method where applicable
  • Shipping charges, regulatory fees, and documentation costs are generally non-refundable
  • Processing time may vary based on the nature of the request
